WEST SALEM — Emma Field brought home Julian Meiners with the winning in the bottom of the fifth inning to give the West Salem/Bangor ASL wiffle ball team a 7-6 victory over Logan on Thursday.
Meiners hit a two-out double before Field sent a pitch to right field to break a 6-6 tie at West Salem Middle School.
The Panthers started the game with a five-run first inning before the Rangers battled back and tied it with a run in the top of the fifth.
