LA CROSSE — The Aquinas High School boys wrestling team won the area’s first WIAA team state championship with a 38-32 victory over Cedar Grove-Belgium in the Division 3 finals at the La Crosse Center on Saturday afternoon.
Holmen also placed second in Division 1 after pushing top-ranked and five-time defending champion Kaukauna in a 31-26 loss.
