MELROSE — The Logan/Luther co-op girls soccer team scored five goals in the first half on the way to an 8-0 nonconference victory over Melrose-Mindoro/G-E-T on Tuesday.
Senior Emma Kolb scored four goals for Logan/Luther, and she had a hat trick before the first half ended.
Kolb scored at 14 minutes, 13 seconds and again at 39:42 and 42:41. She then opened the second half by converting a penalty kick at 58:31. Freshman Mackenzie Torgerud assisted on Kolb’s first goal, sophomore Riley Horn assisted on the second, and junior Ong Moua assisted on the third.
Torgerud and Horn also scored first-half goals for Logan/Luther before junior Josie Ryan scored twice in the second half.
Horn finished with two assists after setting up Ryan on her second goal.
Onalaska 5, Arcadia 0
ARCADIA — The Hilltoppers allowed just four shots on goal and shut out the Raiders.
Sophomore Ellie Thesing scored Onalaska’s final goal with an assist from junior Ellie Witcik and assisted on two earlier goals.
Thesing set up sophomore Sofiya Cromheecke for the first goal of the game and junior Francesca Vriens for the fourth.
That goal was the second of the game for Vriens, who was previously set up by senior Isabella Cromheecke to give the Hilltoppers a 3-0 lead.
Junior Finley Walters scored Onalaska’s second goal — also with an assist from Isabella Cromheecke.
Avery Cowley stopped Arcadia’s only shot on goal in the first half, and Addison Shelton stopped all three directed her way in the second half.

HOLMEN — The Blugolds beat the Knights behind junior Jack Vogel’s 4-over-par 75 at Drugan’s Castle Mound.
Vogel shot a 1-over 37 with one bogey and eight pars on the back nine and birdied No. 7 to highlight his round.
Junior Michael Jones shot a 76, junior Gabe Hundt a 79and sophomore Luke Jones an 84 for Aquinas.
Sophomore Jaden Kolb shot a 94 to lead Luther, which also received a 96 from senior Brody Greeno and a 97 from freshman Jonah Matzke.
