LA CROSSE — The Logan High School ASL floor hockey team picked up a 10-5 victory over Central on Tuesday, and Harley Mowery had a big day to make it happen.
Mowery scored nine times, and Sammie Dawson once — her first goal as a player — as the Rangers took down the RiverHawks. Dawson also blocked three Central shots in the second period.
Axel Striebel helped in support both offensively and defensively, and Eliza Levandoski, Davante Atwell and Dawson helped protect the goal well for the Rangers, according to coach Emily Hauser Smith.
Benji Wood also provided solid goaltending in the net for Logan, which made attacks count when it had the puck and teamwork prevail when defending.

WEST SALEM — The Panthers took some time to get going, but Levi Wulf got them to overtime before the Tigers prevailed.
Wulf scored three goals to tie the game at 3, and Emma Field stopped 31 shots in goal against an aggressive Black River Falls offense before the Tigers pushed in a winner early in overtime.
