ALTOONA — The Logan/Onalaska Luther co-operative girls soccer team pieced together a couple of goals to beat Altoona/Fall Creek 2-0 in a nonconference game on Friday.
The Rangers (2-2) received a goal from Riley Horn in the 11th minute and another from Emma Kolb in the 52nd to build their insurmountable lead. Horn’s goal was unassisted, and Kolb’s set up by Horn in the shutout.
River Falls 3, Onalaska 0
ONALASKA — The Wildcats, ranked second in Division 2 by state coaches, shut out the eighth-ranked Hilltoppers (2-1) with two goals in the first half and one in the second.
Onalaska was only able to get two shots on goal while giving up nine.
Madison Edgewood 3, West Salem 0
MADISON — The Crusaders scored twice in the first half and once in the second to beat the Panthers.
