WEST SALEM — The West Salem/Bangor and G-E-T/Melrose-Mindoro boys wrestling teams picked up a pair of nonconference dual wins in a quadrangular hosted at West Salem High School on Thursday.
The Catbirds beat Tomah 63-16 and Central/Logan 59-21, and the Titans beat Central/Logan 66-9 and Tomah 67-4.
Senior Caden Anderson won both of his 190-pound matches — one by pin and the other by technical fall — for West Salem/Bangor, and seniors Teghan Moore and Mason Chambers wrestled once at 126 and 157, respectively, and won by pin. Junior Calvin Arentz won twice at 175 for Central/Logan.
G-E-T/Melrose-Mindoro senior Colton Koss, a WIAA Division 2 state runner-up last season, won both of his matches at 132 by pin.
Senior Jayce Stetzer and junior Aaron Dunigan also won twice convincingly for the Titans. Stetzer picked up two technical falls at 165 and Dunigan two technical falls at 190.

CASHTON — The Onalaska/Luther co-op split two duals and wound up second.
The Hilltoppers beat River Ridge 54-11 and dropped a 41-30 match against Cashton.
