ONALASKA — Levi Wulf brought the West Salem ASL floor hockey team back from a three-goal deficit in the final 30 seconds, but Onalaska scored first in sudden death for a 5-4 victory in a first-round tournament game Tuesday.
The Hilltoppers had a 4-1 lead until the final minute of the third period, and Wulf scored all three of his team’s goals and put the tying shot in the net as the buzzer sounded to force overtime.
Eli Greil scored West Salem’s first goal.
Holmen 7, Central 3
HOLMEN — The Vikings beat the RiverHawks for the first time this season after tying and losing in overtime during the regular season.
Carter Van Lin had a hat trick in the first period, and teammate Andrew Bell scored twice for Holmen.
Karsen Nelson and Gwen Gomez also scored for the Vikings.
