WISCONSIN RAPIDS — The West Salem co-op gymnastics team, which placed seventh in Division 1 competition on Friday, had four qualifiers for individual competition at the WIAA state tournament on Saturday.
Senior Camdyn Lyga completed her career with the Panthers by placing 12th on the floor exercise with a 9.15, 17th on the vault with a 9.15 and 21st all-around with a 34.9 at Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln High School.
Lyga was making her third state appearance on the floor exercise and second on the vault.
Senior Olivia Maki was 13th on the vault (9.3), sophomore Grace Olson 21st on the balance beam (8.1) and senior Hayden Rohde 24th on the uneven bars (8.2).
Rohde is a two-time state qualifier on the uneven bars and Maki a two-time state qualifier on the balance beam.
