The RiverHawks have won five of their past six games and did not play the Warriors during the regular season. The winner of this semifinal matches up with either Shawano (17-9) or Rhinelander (16-10) on Saturday in a game scheduled to be played at Stevens Point.
Luther (17-9), which won its first regional championship since 2014, had a Division 4 sectional semifinal against Pardeeville (25-1) on Thursday at Baraboo. The Knights have won eight of their past nine games.
The winner of that semifinal meets either Deerfield (25-1) or Albany/Monticello (24-2) on Saturday at Middleton.
