The RiverHawks received three goals and an assist from junior Alex Heiderscheit, and he played a role in all three first-half goals.
Heiderscheit set up Leighvy Lee, who scored with his weak foot for the first one, before converting from the penalty spot and again from 23 yards away before the end of the half.
Drake Wonderling, a first-year player, then scored the first goal of the second half — his second of the season — before Heiderscheit made it 5-1 on a solo run to the net.
Will Frandsen scored the final goal — his first as a varsity player — with an assist from Oliver Jarman. Frandsen also recorded an assist.
