WEST SALEM — Levi Wulf and Lexi Randall each scored three goals to help the West Salem High school ASL floor hockey team to a 7-4 victory over Central on Thursday.

Coach Ashly Serres praised the play of her entire team in the victory and was happy they could come back from a slow start against the RiverHawks.

Eli Greil also scored a goal for the Panthers, and Val Herrewig played most of the game in goal — a new position for her — and finished with 16 saves.

Holmen vs. Logan

LA CROSSE — The game turned into a scrimmage due to low numbers for the Rangers, and players adapted their zones based on differences in personnel every five minutes. Holmen’s Josie Columbo played with Logan to give the teams full lineups for the last period of the game.

Logan Rastall and Gabriel Villareal scored goals for the Vikings, and Nick Hermann assisted on one of them.
